Cyclone dust collector

PURPOSE

The cyclone dust collector with counter swirling flows VZP is designed to clean waste air removed by aspiration and pneumatic transport systems from process equipment in various areas of industry.

APPLICATION

The VZP cyclone dust collector is used to remove:

-Sand and clay dust;

-Cement dust;

-Ore and non-metallic materials;

-Silicate and asbestos dust;

-The above dusts in exhaust flue gases.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The VZP dust collector (cyclone) operates on the principle of centrifugal separation of particles from a gaseous medium.

The air to be cleaned enters the dust collector in two streams through the nozzles of the swirler housings of the upper and lower air flows. Passing through the swirler housings, the air flows swirl in the same direction towards each other.

Dust is thrown to the wall by centrifugal force, washed away by the descending upper flow through the annular gap under the baffle washer into the bunker and removed from it through an adapter with a shutter - a flasher into the dust collector. 

Cleaned air is removed from the dust collector through the central exhaust pipe. 

The efficiency of the dust collector (cyclone) VZP is 96-99%.
