Non-standard equipment

Over the entire period of operation of GNP, 11,000+ units of products of various complexity were manufactured, 70% of which requests were for non-standard equipment.

The first thing that our work begins with is the collection of information from the customer for calculating the product, namely:

• product type
• the coolant used in its operation
• limiting dimensions
• the desired material of the product

Of course, if the customer does not already have ready design documentation.

After collecting all the necessary information, we calculate the product, namely its cost and technical characteristics, and provide a sketch for approval, to adjust small things that do not affect the price, but can significantly simplify the installation and use of the product in work.

After the customer approves the sketch, we start creating a 3d model of our future product - and this is mandatory. For what?

The model allows us to see the future product, evaluate it at 360° and exclude possible mechanical miscalculations. In general, this is quite a convenient tool, because it simplifies the further development of design documentation and helps to take into account such small points as, for example, mounting holes and fasteners for transportation.

Surprisingly, some people do not particularly pay attention to KD. In our opinion, this is a big mistake!

The development of correct, clear and correct design documentation is a guarantee of a quality product that will be manufactured within the stipulated time.

The KD indicates absolutely all information about the materials from which the equipment needs to be manufactured, its features, step-by-step instructions and the final appearance of the product.

Engineers and designers know their business and provide detailed drawings with clear instructions so that the product is 100% dimensionally and technically consistent with the product that was calculated and agreed to by the customer.

The key to a good result is a professional and motivated team.

GNP can be proud of its employees and their qualifications. From the moment of receiving the design documentation to the finished product, it takes from three to twenty working days, depending on the complexity of the task.

Next, to avoid complaints, each product undergoes a three-stage quality control and receives its individual serial number for identification and completion with mandatory accompanying documents.
