Cyclones U21-BBC

Industrial cyclones U21-BBC are designed to capture medium-dispersed dust in pneumatic transport systems and aspiration units.

APPLICATION

Cyclones U21-BBC are used in grain processing plants, food industry and agricultural enterprises. The efficiency of catching large grain dust is 95-98%.

The operating principle of the U21-BBC battery cyclones is that dusty air passes through the inlet pipe and enters the cyclone, receiving a helical rotational motion. Dust particles, under the action of centrifugal force, are pressed against the walls of the cyclones, lose speed and roll down into the collecting cone.

With the help of a sluice gate, the collected dust is discharged into a dust pipeline, and the purified air is discharged from the cyclones upwards or sideways into the purified air duct through a collection box and exhaust pipes. The size and designation of a battery unit are determined by the diameter of the cyclones included in it. Battery units consist of a collection box, four cyclones of right and left design, a common hopper
