LTA Cyclones

LTA class cyclones are needed to create safe working conditions at woodworking enterprises, prevent emergency situations, and also breakdowns of expensive equipment.

They are used to clean the air from large particles (chips, shavings) and wet small particles (sawdust) from machines and sawmills, as well as in the technological process for separating large chips.

LTA cyclones are also used as unloading cyclones. The efficiency of LTA cyclones for air purification is 85÷90%.

When transporting dry shavings or sawdust, when a lot of fine dust is formed, or if there is grinding dust in the transported material, this cyclone does not provide sufficient air purification and requires a second stage of purification.

If the cyclone is not located indoors, then it needs an umbrella to protect it from precipitation!
