New recuperator (economizer) to replace the old one from SPE-1

Recuperators (economizers) are an important, and we can even say necessary, device for any large boiler house, which is constantly operating on an industrial scale, because its installation allows you to save about 5% of all heat carrier costs.

Our case is not an exception. As you can see from the photo, a recuperator was installed at one of the bread factories, but "he got sick." We had an interesting task before us, namely to manufacture and fit a number of new heat exchangers into the old housing (at the request of the customer).

The result speaks for itself! The overall and connecting dimensions were preserved, but the capacity was increased by 15% due to finning from Spetspromenergo-1 and thereby increased the efficiency of the recuperator. The customer was satisfied and ordered another economizer, about which we will definitely make a video on our YouTube channel and tell all the interesting details.
